It was a blessing to be involved...there are not many words to describe the feelings from last night. Frosty and Elf Rita...wonderful job. You spread the joy of Christmas like no one else could. Thanks for letting Chele and I be a part of something so special, rewarding and completely "good". Merry Christmas to the entire Kyrie Foundation Family and to all those who read this blog. We have been brought to this place for a reason and I am continually thankful for Kyrie's precious life here on earth. She made waves when she was here (from what I have heard) and is simply moving mountains from above. Go Kyrie Go!!!
Another AMAZING evening! What a blessing those small little faces, hands, eyes, hearts and souls were to all of the "givers"...we were the one receiving the greatest gift of all!
What a year it's been! I want to thank each and every person who has cared enough to give in little and in big ways. I think the best gift I received this year for Christmas was the fact that a co-worker decided that instead of the usual Cold Stone gift card, he'd give a donation to the Foundation in my honor...to loosely quote Meg...doing good perpetuates doing good. Wonderful!
Merry Christmas...may it be a joyous day filled to the brim with blessings.
Kyrie Thome, only child of Lacie & Jordan Thome and my one-year-old niece was diagnosed with a rare primitive neuroectodermal tumor. This site is a way for those who care to connect, to encourage, to support and to pray.
