Thankful Thursday

(written by Chad)
Today, as I watched the amazing Blue Angels flying team powering around the skyline of downtown Kansas City, I felt thankful for technology. In the grand scheme of things, we are not that far removed from a time when flight was not an option. It also makes me feel optimistic about the endless possibilities of accomplishments that await. Why can't we do bigger and better things? Whether it's attending a charitable event to help further research in the field of pediatric brain cancers or something else, the sky is the limit. I challenge you to post what you are thankful for today.

I'm thankful for long time friends who know you inside out and stop in to say hello and brighten your day. I'm thankful for those times when God sends you a much needed reminder of His unending love. I'm thankful for phone calls, a whispered prayer with a friend, someone to laugh with...and I'm thankful for butterflies because the sky really is the limit!

Big Love,
Melissa

I too am thankful for butterflies. I am thankful for good friends, laughter and constant reminders that we are blessed. In recognizing our own blessings, we learn how we can help others in so many ways. I am thankful that I get to see all of my "Kyrie" friends tonight and maybe even make a few new ones!
Big Thankful Thursday Love,
Amy
