An invitation.

Jordan and Lacie have been especially strong through the last 48 hours. You wouldn't believe how dedicated they are to making Kyrie's funeral beautiful. So it is with a heavy and hopeful heart that you will choose to still be in this with us. I know some of you may question the appropriateness of attending if you do not directly know Jordan, Lacie or Kyrie, but they want you to know that this is their chance to hug you and thank you for all of your prayers. If you have loved with them, cried with them or said a prayer for them, you are welcome to be there for Kyrie.

As of right now, here are the arrangements:

Wednesday, April 11
Prayer Vigil & Visitation
6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Family Church
(formerly Family Worship Center)
11135 W. Kellogg
Wichita, Kansas

Thursday, April 12
Memorial Funeral Service
10:00 a.m.
Family Church
11135 W. Kellogg
Wichita, Kansas

Flowers are certainly welcome. Kyrie was just learning and loving to smell flowers. And, I would like to gently remind you that these medical bills are still cruelly rolling in. Any contribution to Kyrie's medical fund would be appropriate as well.

I must sound like a broken record by now, but thank you, thank you so much.

I can't be there for Lacie, Jordan and all the rest of you, but you will be in my prayers in the days and weeks ahead. I picture Lacie running and playing in Heaven with other little ones that have touched my life. Your courage and faith are a great example to us all.

Beautifully put, Meg. I have had people coming into my office all morning wanting to know what they can much love for you all. It's overwhelming to me the amount of love there is for people they don't even know. It's so good to see good in this world...and in the midst of this cruel situation to see if touching people's lives forever. I can only imagine what this must mean to all of you.
I love you all so much, and I'm praying so hard for God to just continue to carry you through the days ahead.

Lacie & Jordan, we just want to be sure that you know we are continuing to pray for you and will keep you in our prayers for days, weeks, months, years to come. God never ceases to amaze me - He hears our prayers, because His strength is so evident in you two! I am so proud of how you guys have been handling yourselves these past few months. I believe there are hundreds of people that are keeping you in their prayers as well. Always know that you are loved and you are never alone. God will never leave you!... and we are only a phone call away. love, Jamey & Jo

I was looking online for a bible verse for something we are doing in memory of my mom and came across a website that has bible verses assigned to every day of the year. Out of curiousity I put in April 7. I thought it appropriate to share....Philippians 4:7 NIV
"And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."

Lots of hugs,

I am not going to be able to be in Wichita with you tomorrow. I have followed this from the begining and am so sad that I can not be there. I really want to be there in person, but please know that I will be thinking of you and praying for your family. Let me know if there is anything I can do in the weeks ahead.

I am sorry that I will unable to attend Kyrie's services but know that you are in mjy thoughts and prayers. If tears could have healed, then I could have helped to heal Kyrie. There just aren't words to express my deepest sorrow for you.

Lacie, Jordan and family, I so wanted to come tonight to the visitation and express my condolences in person. Unfortunately, I have gotten ill. I asked Rebecca and Debbie to express my sympathies when they see you at the services. Please know you will all continue to be in my prayers and thoughts in the weeks and years ahead. May you feel God's love and warm embrace thru the love, support and prayers of the so many people who have come to know and love you. In His love, Tina Boley

You don't know me but am in a memory scripture group with Selena and we have prayed for all of you at each session. I visited this site for the first time tonight and my heart is so heavy. Your documented journey of pain and triumph is a humbling reminder to all that we have so much to celebrate and that our faith and loving relationships are what matters most. Tomorrow, I will be more respectful, patient and thankful because of Kyrie. Her life has changed many of us--even strangers. May God Bless you with continued support, peace and understanding during this difficult time.

Lacie & Jordan,
Kyrie's service was the best, most beautiful, and moving funeral service I have ever been to.
Thank you for letting us share that special time with you.
Thank you also to Megan for putting this site together and for the video tribute. I didn't get a chance to meet you and I am sorry for that. You are truely an amazing person. I can't describe how important this site has been to me in the past few weeks.
Please let me know if any of you need anything. Lacie and Jordan, I really hope to see you again soon!!
All my love,
