Thank you.

Thank you for all logging into Kyrie's little blog for the past year, for reading these words, for allowing yourself to feel something, for being connected to a community of people you may have never met yet all feel the same way you do, for commenting here, for passing the word along, for buying a shirt, for saying a prayer, for just being present and for walking this arduous road.

Let's keep going. It's the ol' one foot in front of another thing. We're just going to keep going, inspired by each other, remembering the love, making things work, making time to make things work and achieving what seems impossible. Kind of like what is before us with the next 40 days, no? Keep going. Carry your cross. Remember the love. Just keep going. Keep going on this path and what seems like the end—He has promised—really brings us all back to the very first beginning.

There are two rules on the spiritual path: Begin and Continue.

I wanted to let you know that my life was forever changed yesterday when I was brought to your website. Kyrie's story brought tears to my eyes and filled my heart with love for you and your family. I have three boys and my youngest is 15 months old. She was an angel and I will pray for your healing every day. I know that God led me to your story for a reason and I will continue to pray for your strength. God Bless.

You are welcome. I don't understand why this happened, but someone once told
me "When you can't trace his hand, trust his heart". I try very hard to live by
that everyday because so often, we have no idea why God does what he does. I am
in a Bunco group in Mulvane, and one of our members lost a daughter to a car
accident back in Aug. Our group has put together a cookbook to raise money for
a scholarship in her memory as she would have been a Senior this year. She died
on Aug. 31st and we have all struggled with her death. Our group has tried to
make sense of a sensless thing. There are days when I don't know how my friend
and her husband are getting through it and then I have to rely on my faith. The
fear of not having faith to get through is frightening. I am so touched by
Kyrie's story and just know that God has a purpose for bringing me here. I am
not sure how to make the connection and hope that God makes it for me. I just
need you all to know that we are on the outside looking in and are forever
changed by the life of Kyrie. I would love to send a cookbook to you and Lacie
so you could read of my friend's story as well. I have sent Kyrie's information
on to Stephanie (the Mom of Lindsey Moser who was in the car accident) hoping
that Kyrie's story would help her heal in some way. I will attach a picture of
our Bunco group and of my family so you might be able to put a face with the
name. God bless you and your family and thank you for responding.

amynelsonmom,
Hello! Can I ask how you found our website? Thank you for caring enough to share your story here. It's so important to hold eachother up, how else are we able to stand?
I have family in Mulvane, my cousin is a Senior there as well. I know that community has been forever changed because of the loss they suffered. Our thoughts are with you as well.
